Eating healthy isn’t fun. I’d rather eat chocolate cake all day (I really would) but it’s summertime & that means time spent by the water. Whether that means in a boat, by the pool, or at the beach…it means you will be in a swimming suit. Not eating chocolate cake for breakfast, lunch, & dinner doesn’t have to be (that) painful. These Turkey & Hummus Pinwheels are light & filling.
- Deli turkey
- Muenster Cheese
- Mixed spring greens
- Sun dried tomato tortillas
- Hummus
To make these delicious pinwheels:
1. Spread hummus on the tortilla.
2. Add some spring greens.
3. Cover with turkey.
4. Finish with 4 pieces of cheese.
5. Tightly roll the tortilla up & cut into pieces.
SO DELICIOUS!!!
