Chicken Bacon Ranch Bombs

Just another wonderful finger food.  Plus who doesn’t love chicken bacon ranch??

What you need:

  1. 4-5 strips of cooked bacon (I used precooked because I was in a hurry)
  2. 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  3. 1/2 lb cooked shredded chicken (I found that my Ninja Express Chopper worked wonderfully for this)
  4. 3 tbs melted butter
  5. 1 tbs italian seasoning
  6. 2 packs buttermilk biscuits

 

What to do:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Grease a large baking sheet.  Flatten biscuits & place on greased baking sheet.
  3. Place a piece of bacon on each biscuit.
  4. Add chicken & cheese to each biscuit.
  5. Fold up each side of the biscuit & pinch together.
  6. Gently roll in hands to form into a ball shape.
  7. Mix italian seasoning into melted butter & brush onto each biscuit.
  8. Back for 8-12 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Let cool & enjoy with ranch dressing.
